Studio owner and yoga instructor at Canmore's newest yoga studio, Sacred Roots Yoga, Kristen has truly found her life's calling. Pair this with waking each morning to the warm glow of a Rockies sunrise while spending time on her mat, and you've just been introduced to one grateful gal.
