We finally found it: the key to greater health, happiness and peace.
Oh, and did we mention that anyone can do it and it’s free? Sound too good to be true? Nope. This glitter is gold. You know, if meditation were glitter and health & happiness gold… You get it.
Developing a consistent meditation practice could be the most important, most impactful thing you can do to improve your health and well-being. Stress has been shown time and time again to be the biggest, BADDEST villain when it comes to sabotaging our health; and our world can be a pretty busy, stressful place - but there’s hope.
That’s why we’ve designed this Meditation Challenge. We want to help get rid of some of that stress and help you become the healthiest, happiest, most peaceful YOU possible. (And ‘cause we like you.)
Join this growing community of mindful meditators and develop your own peaceful meditation practice - fully supported and with ease. We picked out a whole cast of fabulous meditation instructors to guide you to stillness, peace and quiet. People like Eoin Finn, Insiya Rasiwala-Finn, Suzanne Slocum-Gori, Dawn Mauricio, Reno Muenz and many more!
Did we have you at gold? Then sign up here.
When: February 3rd to March 2nd, 2014
Where: Wherever you like (we’ll email your meditation to you each day)
Who: Anyone & everyone (it’s free!)
Why: Because you deserve it (and ‘cause stress is no fun)
We’ll start off with 5-minute meditations for the first week, building toward 10, 15, and 20-minute meditations by the end of the journey. Through it all you’ll get the chance to try many different meditation techniques in an inclusive, supportive environment.
It’s our goal to make this time as supremely beautiful as possible; so daily meditations will feature gorgeous music, imagery and our favourite inspirational quotes. Along the way we’ll also share some instructional articles & tools to make the practice both practical and comfortable in your life. This is our gift to you. (And we hope you’ll like it.)
Are you ready? This is going to be your healthiest, most enjoyable new habit.

FAQs
Q: Is the Meditation Challenge free?
A: Yes, this is 100% FREE!
Q: Is the challenge open to beginners?
A: Absolutely. We’ve designed the challenge to very easy & accessible to brand-new meditators. We will take you by the hand and walk you through the whole process (actually, it’s pretty simple), giving you all the info you need and answering any questions you might have. The meditations will start at 5 minutes for the first week and we’ll slowly work our way up to 20-minute meditations by week 4.
Q: I’ve practiced meditation before. Is the challenge worthwhile for experienced meditators?
A: Yes. We’ve designed the challenge to be interesting for both new & experienced meditators. We’ll keep things fresh by introducing you to our favourite meditation instructors across the country, bringing different styles of instruction and techniques along with them. If you find that the meditation of the day is too short for you, we invite you simply to sit a little longer.
Q: Can I still join the challenge even though I found out about it after February 1st?
A: Please do! Sign-up for the challenge anytime throughout February. It’s never too late to start.
NOTE: By signing up, tuja wellness assumes that you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions and agree to them as outlined here. Participants of the meditation challenge must be over the age of 14.
