Leading a healthy lifestyle doesn’t mean missing out on all the good stuff! In Healthy Happy Hour, we show you how to clean up your cocktails so you can sip a yummy adult bevvy without the ridiculous sugars, calories and artificial ingredients.
Traditionally, a Moscow Mule is made with ginger beer, vodka and lime. We like to do things a little different, so here’s our take on this bubbly bevvy. Our version is without the sugar and sulphites you’d find in the original.
Ginger is one powerful superfood with anti-inflammatory, digestion, and stress-relieving benefits. This spicy sipper is sure to please after a long week of hard work.
Ingredients
Organic baby!
1/3 cup sparkling water
1 oz of vodka (or go without for a truly healthy bevy!)
2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice (Yes, just juice the lime. No shortcuts here!)
1-2 Tbsp honey syrup (
