Na na na na nanna nah. Na na na nanna nah! Gettin' figgy withit.
Queue this tune up, pump up the volume and hip-hop over to yo' blender.
Circa 1997, Will Smith is in the house to get you in your smoothie groove. (Not gonna lie, I shook it on the dancefloor to this once upon a time and I know you did too.)
I also know you can't resist a little kitchen dancin'.
Ingredients
Git down with organic.
1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked
squeeze 1/2 a small fresh lime
1/8 tsp of raw vanilla powder or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup of coconut milk beverage
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1/2 cup filtered water or more if your smoothie is too thick
Optional: add a half or full scoop of your favourite protein powder (plain works best).
* you could use fresh figs too.
Blend until smooth and frothy. Time to let your taste buds do the dancin'.
