Yoga and wellness expert, Erin Urton, shares her craft: divine and decadent smoothie creative. Slurp your way towards vitality with these anything-but-ordinary, power-packed blender concoctions.
Packaged in pastel green and perfectly creamy on the outside, the real value is on the inside: fennel is a great source of plant-based iron, aids in digestion, and is a traditional remedy for upset stomach, indigestion and gas.
The anti-inflammatory enzyme bromelain, found in pineapple, also boosts healthy digestion breaking down plant and animal proteins so they are better absorbed by our guts.

Erin Urton has her fingers deep in the world of heath and wellness, namely as a yoga teacher in Squamish, BC and Canmore, AB. It was yoga that naturally created her desire to help others find their own paths towards being well.
