The roomy practice space is reserved for classes and workshops. With its knotty wooden floors, pale blue walls and subdued track lighting, the atmosphere here is soothing and conducive to serious yoga practice.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is described as a flowing system of linked poses that calm and quiet the mind while they strengthen and heal the body. Be prepared for fluid movement and a focus on alignment in this breath-based practice. Traditionally, no water is consumed during Ashtanga. Arrive well hydrated and drink afterwards.
