Studio Vie is the brainchild of personal trainer and exercise specialist Jana Sedivec. Recognizing the need for a specialized space for pregnant and new mums was obvious- for who can ignore the miracle that women’s bodies undergo? Health and fitness is key to a positive pregnancy, especially when exercise and muscle building can make for an easy labor and quick recovery.
Forget those dated Lamaze classes, these strong mummies work it out! With intimate classes (6-8 tops), in a luminous open studio, mums get a chance to not only exercise and energize their bodies but also mingle and share with other mums.
Pre-natal “Belly Mama” classes, are carefully planned and personalized to the group; inviting mums-to-be to strengthen their glowing bodies and prepare for the big-day with coaching from Doula’s, nurses and Naturopaths.
When the little bundle finally arrives, graduate to Jana’s “Mama-Baby” classes. With a specialization in pre and post-natal exercises, Jana has an endless array of functional and fun workouts! Work up a sweat in the circuit and set off those endorphins for the demands of parenthood.
