You want old-fashioned good service with the convenience of the digital age.
And Mama Earth Organics knows it.
Wholesome, fresh, local organic produce delivered in a basket to your doorstep all triggered by the click of your mouse. Want to add some free-range eggs or a loaf of marbled sourdough bread to the seasonal mix? Clickity-click. It’s all taken care of online – as is your payment.
Heather and Alex Billingsley started Mama Earth Organics in 2007 out of a garage - delivering heaping bushels of seasonal broccoli, leeks and maybe some Mac or Paula Red apples to neighbours. Those neighbours told their neighbours and Mama’s community grew and grew. In fact, the client-base has grown so much; they’ve had to move to a larger location twice.
And it’s no wonder. At Mama Earth they know that it’s the little things that count. Things like delivering later on hot days so that baskets don’t bake in the sun or tossing in an extra goody when they have to substitute an item.
Customers can individualize their baskets and delivery frequency online or wait for a yummy surprise each Wednesday. It’s a tasty way to try in-season and local items like bunched Oster Gruss Radishes or Baby Bok Choy.
Heather and Alex’s commitment to local farmers and small scale businesses has not dwindled a bit.
Mama knows best.
