Located in Yaletown, Exhale promotes emotional release – an “exhaling” of life’s daily intake – through its wide variety of classes and programs. Class-takers are encouraged to set individual goals for achieve stress relief, fulfillment and a deep sense of peace.

Nestled on a second floor overlooking lush greenery, Exhale’s 1,800-square-foot space is awash in deep reds and comfortable wood flooring giving it a warm and relaxing feel. Don’t be intimidated by the advanced poses or dance steps on display. All drop-in classes start with beginner moves and the team is committed to helping you find your own pace.
