Their mission is to help anyone and everyone learn yoga in a welcoming, unpretentious atmosphere.

Founded in 2007 by former Nettwerk Records CEO Terry McBride and yoga teacher Lara Kozan, Yyoga offers a wide variety of yoga classes in an ‘all are welcome’ atmosphere. And since their first studio on Burrard Street in 2008, they've grown to seven locations across Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond and Whistler.

Try a range of classes at their centres, including Hatha, Anusara-inspired, Yhot, Flow, Power, Core, Pilates and – if you’ve got wee ones – Kid Yoga. Yyoga also has a teacher's college, special programs, retreats and workshops. They also offer a range of wellness services including acupuncture, chiropractic treatments, dieticians, massage and Reiki.
