If strawberries are getting a little boring, I know just the recipe to have you feeling rosy about them again.
I wish I could take credit for this magic about to be made.
This blend is fully inspired from a favourite juice called the “One Love” fresh pressed at a funky little North Vancouver café called
Buddha-Full.
I’ve simply gone and smoothified it so you get all of that gorgeous fibre
and added almond milk and
hemp seeds to pump up the healthy fats and nutrients.
Now go and pack your blender full o’ this:
Ingredients
Go organic wellness warriors!
4 - 5 good size frozen or fresh strawberries
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup shredded beets
1/2 cup orange juice
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
1 cup almond milk (or more as needed for desired thickness)
Blend until smooth and bright and beautiful. This will soon become a favourite - guaranteed!
