Now that that’s out of the way, can you feel more daylight and the sweet smell of the spring wind? Maybe not if you’re near the eastern seaboard or a mountain dweller, but out west coast-ward, the warmth and rain has buds opening and people sporting short shorts on the seawall.
It’s time to freshen up for February.
This blend is mega hydrating and super balanced with veggies, medicinal herbs, good plant-based fats (avocado, hemp, coconut milk) and a ton of antioxidants.
Fennel, mint and lime together are alkalizing and stimulate digestion and absorption of nutrients.
Blend away, friends.
Ingredients
Go organic.
1 cup frozen green grapes
¼ of an avocado
3 fresh mint leaves
Juice of 1/4 lime (medium sized)
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
Filtered water to create your desired consistency
Blend until smooth and devour. To make this extra green you could even add a handful of spinach without disrupting the taste texture of this gem.
