It’s also the star of the show in this blend, with just a hint of strawberry, lemon, mint and basil to make things interesting.

Ingredients
Go organic! Makes one serving.
2 cups watermelon, no seeds
1 or 2 fresh strawberries
Squeeze of a lemon wedge
2-3 basil leaves
Splash of filtered water to thin out as desired
Blend until smooth and the green bits are all chopped up. Drink as is or add a few teaspoons of
chia seeds to amp it up and fill you up.
