Tongue-tingling and oh-so aromatic, I can’t get enough of the ginger-mint combination.
This root and leaf duo is stimulating to the digestive system but calming for the nervous system – they
uplift your mood without getting you all jacked-up and neurotic, like sugar can.
Strawberries are one of the perfect carriers for this flavour profile, adding subtle sweetness, fibre, antioxidants, and vitamins. Coconut milk and oil offer a smooth texture and a healthy helping of good fats.
Good greens add a whole other layer of health kick to leave you feeling oxygenated and energized.
Ingredients
Organic and fresh is best!
1 cup of frozen strawberries
5 large fresh mint leaves
1 cup of coconut milk beverage
1 tsp coconut oil
filtered water to thin if needed
Sweeten with a touch of maple syrup if so desired.
Blend until smooth and slurp away.
