It’s the ba”con” that is the standout among Tori’s legion of devotees. Flaked coconut seasoned and smoked has meat eaters and the meatless alike enjoying a BLT and buying this smokey gold by the jar for their own at home creations.
But before you even taste what Tori has to offer you’ll be in awe of the enchanting décor. Light green and white hues compliment a shop where you can feel the love in the details. Colourful throw pillows in window alcoves match the cupcakes behind the counter, and handcrafted light fixtures draw your eye towards a wall of coffee beans, tea, and a chalkboard menu of drink options.
Tori’s is invested in the community it’s nestled in. Any leftover baked goods are donated to a local church that supports the homeless, and the shop acts as the east end drop off point for hyper local produce CSA: Fresh City Farms.
