Don't hit that snooze button! Mornings can be a magical time that fuel you for an amazing day - if you can get yourself out of bed.
For the past month, we've been trying to get you out of bed early with our tuja sunrise challenge. We're not the only ones who love the morning and just in case you need a little more motivation to adopt a morning habit, we've got another example of a wildly successful Canadian who cherishes his morning routine.
We sat down with Vikram Vij, restaurateur, chef and the latest Dragon to join CBC's Dragon's Den, to find out why he loves mornings. We think his morning routine is inspirational. His routine might not work for you but perhaps it'll inspire you to find a routine that will help you make a personal connection to your life and your past - a perfectly-you way to start your day filled with passion and motivation. We bet it'll have even the most committed night owls considering becoming a morning person.
