Why You Should Take Your Yoga Practice Anywhere

Connect with the earth while connecting with yourself. In this inspirational video, Canmore based yoga teacher Kristen Stuart shares her thoughts on how practicing yoga in nature can improve your practice.

I love getting up early in the morning before my girls and husband. I go out to my desk and practice. The sun shines on my face, the birds chirp and all is quiet. It gives me time to focus my energy for the day ahead
