She’s been practicing Pilates for 18 years, and teaching for the last 4. She and her team have advanced Stott Pilates® certification and specialize in injury rehabilitation. Backgrounds in professional dance, massage therapy, and sport give each instructor exquisite insight into any individual's special requirements.
