In 2000, Tamara and Brent Hauberg, experts in the health food and supplements industry in Canada, became dog owners.  Research into what they should feed their new canine companions led them to a startling discovery.  The commercial foods available were nutrient-deficient and manufacturing practices were questionable.

Inspired, the Hauberg’s set out to provide a knowledgeable environment where pet owners could find nutrient rich, life enhancing products for their pets.  Today, there are thirteen Tail Blazer franchises in Western Canada.
