It's so much better when we're together.
Enjoying its new sunnier location on the south side of Ste-Catherine Street, the space at United Yoga Montréal is brightly lit and welcoming. Founder Donna Read has been practicing yoga for over 13 years and opened her first studio five years ago. She’s studied under the guidance of several yoga masters, including internationally renowned teacher trainer Hart Lazer and now shares her know-how with both budding and seasoned yogis across the city.
Donna’s vast experience has resulted in a unique medley of yoga. United Yoga fuses the power of Ashtanga Yoga, the restorative qualities of Kripalu Yoga and the healing properties of Iyengar-inspired yoga. Instructors have a deep understanding of how the body works and apply this knowledge to help you master the postures.
Check out the Wall Yoga class where you’ll (safely) stretch, lean and hang from a wall. Or pick up the pace in a Vinyasa class with its fast paced movements. Looking to share your own abilities with other yoga enthusiasts? Nestle up under the wing of one of United’s seasoned pros who specialize in training apprentice teachers and advanced students.
United won’t let a small budget keep people from joining in. Try their introductory offer - $149 for 3 months of unlimited yoga. Students and seniors are also welcome to stretch their bodies and their budgets with a 20% discount.
Value and quality live in true harmony. All together now, ohhmmmm.
