When the restaurant opened over three years ago, the family didn’t think the word ‘vegan’ would be understood or accepted by the general public. Now that the menu is totally vegan the name will soon be changed to Green Earth Vegan Cuisine.
Either way, they make a great effort to live up to their green earth namesake by using biodegradable and environmentally friendly take-out containers and utensils.
They’ll even decrease your carbon footprint by satisfying your exotic cravings with Asian inspired favourites like Pho, Indian Curry Tofu and the Buddha Burger. And they’ll sweep you away to Mexico with their zesty Fajita Vegana or their tasty tacos.
So instead of jumping on a plane, tuck into one of these yummy dishes, close your eyes, and suddenly you’re vegging out on the beach.
