Apples just may be the most bountiful fruit of the fall (not to mention pretty available all year long). And one of the best things about them is that they keep long into the winter if you store them in a cool dark place.
Buy them by the case to save a few pennies and then get really creative with how to use them all. One can only scarf down so many apple crisps!
So, keep your cinnamon in the cupboard for now and let’s get a little crazy with rosemary (no, it’s not just for turkey and stuffing!).
This aromatic herb is part of the mint family and has powers that improve and support digestion, immunity, and blood circulation – plus it’s rich in B vitamins. The key antioxidant in rosemary is rosmarinic acid and it’s especially anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and anti-septic.
A super-herb, so to speak.

Organic, of course.
