The tuja wellness 30-Day Meditation Challenge Reaches 6,000 People
Award-Winning Website, tuja wellness, to Launch 21-Day Eat Clean Challenge
Banff, AB – April 10, 2015 – Award-winning Canadian health and wellness website, tuja wellness, is excited to announce their upcoming 21-Day Eat Clean Challenge – a unique clean eating challenge that will provide the dietary reset of a cleanse but healthier and without hunger.
The challenge launches on Monday, May 4th, and runs for three consecutive weeks. This challenge provides a healthy, tasty, professionally-supported way to reset their bodies just in time for the arrival of summer.
What makes tuja’s clean eating challenge unique? First of all, it’s not extreme. So many people think a cleanse or detox has to be super restrictive and super difficult. This challenge is all about slowly working toward a healthier way of eating that will make the participant feel better and realize that it’s a sustainable way of eating. The Challenge is broken down into three weekly categories, and focuses on whole, natural foods rather than trendy detox strategies.
Organizer of the challenge, Niki Boileau, says, “After our successful Meditation Challenge, participants asked us to help them with a spring clean cleanse. Of course, we couldn’t just do a cleanse so we created a healthier alternative – the first tuja Eat Clean Challenge. We’ve always loved sharing healthy, delicious recipes and that’s the focus of the whole challenge – we want to show people that going on a cleanse (or just, eating clean) doesn’t have to be harsh or constantly leave you hungry – which leads to the dreaded hangriness (being so hungry you get angry). This challenge is packed with healthy recipes that taste great and will keep everyone satisfied.”
Taking the tuja 21-Day Eat Clean Challenge is free, however participants can get 3 weeks of daily meal plans, grocery lists, a clean eating recipe eBook, and access to holistic nutritionists for a just $12. Either way, tuja is excited to help their tujis get healthy, not hangry this May.
