Who woulda thunk it. Blueberries and cinnamon? And then add nut butter? No way!
Way.
This combination is not only delicious it brings together some essential dietary medicinals to support you in cold season. That's right. The kiddies are back at school, you're back at work, and we're all congregated into small spaces passing those germs back and forth and every which way.
Bolster your defenses with vitamin C-rich blueberries, stimulate the immune system with a little red reishi and good fats from the nut butter. Last but not least, cinnamon is a warming spice that blends well with savoury and sweet foods alike. It stimulates digestion, keeps the gut healthy, stabilizes blood sugar and reduces inflammation.
