Cloaked in blue, this green smoothie has some exotic hidden potions originating from far-off Asia. Feeling adventurous? This week’s dueling blend of colours will bring out your inner Bruce Lee.
Blueberries and cucumber make up the base. Add coconut milk, matcha (green tea powder) and red reishi mushroom powder and you have yourself a full-blown kung fu-fuelling meal.

Ingredients
Use organic where you can!
1 cup of blueberries, frozen or fresh
2 inch chunk of cucumber
Small handful of spinach
Juice half a lime
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tsp red reishi powder
Give all this a whirl in your blender and you'll be ready to attempt those 2-finger push-ups and roundhouse kicks in a heartbeat!
