Ingredients
There is no right or wrong way to assemble your chia breakfast parfait. Have fun with it and arrange it really however you feel like.
1.The only thing that must be done for this to work is combining your chia seeds with water to soften them into a pudding-like consistency. For this youll need at least cup chia combined with about the same amount of water or nut milk. Stir together and place in the fridge to cool and set. Once its set you might decide you want to add a little more water or milk and stir again to make nice and creamy.
2.Then, in a large glass or jar, start your layering. I like to start with a couple scoops of chia, then follow with a little chopped fruit followed by some yogurt. After the yogurt do a layer of your seed andnut combo(in this case flax, hemp, cacao nibs, chopped walnuts) then add another layer of chia and repeat. When you get to the rim of the jar youre done!
3.Drizzle a little maple syrup on the top if you like and serve.
