How to Sprinkle Your Kind Act:
This simple act sometimes catches people off guard or makes people feel awkward – but it's surprisingly touching (no pun intended) when you give someone a hug either when you see them, when you're saying goodbye, or even just because.
You'll be surprised how often people realize they needed a hug. If you're already a huggy person, be sure to give a big ol' hug to a non-hugger. They may act shy, but you can be certain they'll start to feel all warm and fuzzy inside!
