Ingredients
Aim for organic.
1-2 slim stalks of celery, chopped small to avoid “the stringies”
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice, be generous
handful of romaine or your favourite leafies
1/3 an avocado
1 inch chunk of ginger
1 cup chopped frozen pineapple
1 Tbsp chia seed
1-2 tsp liquid honey or maple syrup
Filtered water to desired thickness OR try some soda water for some sparkle.
Give it all a good buzz in your blender and you’ll be rising for a standing ovation.
