Today’s Aztec Avocado recipe comes from the folks atHoly Crap Cereal in Gibsons, BC. Their cereals blend amazingly into almost all your daily smoothies. If you don’t have it on hand, we’ve provided an option for you. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1/2 cup cultured coconut milk (or cultured almond milk)
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or coconut milk, or other non-dairy milk of your choice)
OR 1 full cup of either almond milk or coconut milk
1/2 avocado
1/2 banana
2 TbspsSkinny B cereal
If you don’t have Skinny B, use 1 Tbspchia seedand 1 Tbsp ofhemp seeds.
Blend until smooth. Try adding more liquid if your smoothie is too thick.
