Ingredients
1 cup of filtered water (or coconut water)
1/4 head of organic romaine lettuce, chopped
1 stalk organic celery
1/2 organic apple (cored and chopped)
1/2 organic pear (cored and chopped)
1/2 cup of frozen or fresh organic mango
Juice of 1/2 organic lemon
1/4 head of organic romaine lettuce, chopped
1 stalk organic celery
1/2 organic apple (cored and chopped)
1/2 organic pear (cored and chopped)
1/2 cup of frozen or fresh organic mango
Juice of 1/2 organic lemon
Optional:
1/4 bunch of cilantro
1/4 bunch parsley
**Cilantro and Parsley have great cleansing properties and help extract heavy metals and other toxins from the body
1 Tbsp E3Live superfood (optional)
Add water, chopped romaine and spinach to blender. Start the blender on a low speed and mix until smooth. Gradually move to higher speeds, add celery, apple and pear. Add cilantro and parsley if you choose and then add the mango and lemon juice last. This tastes best cold so feel free to add in an ice cube or two. Sit back, relax, enjoy and get your glow on!
If your smoothie is too thick – add a 'lil more filtered water.
