Ingredients
2 big romaine leaves
1 celery stick
3 inches of cucumber
1 pear
1 Tbsp hemp
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup fresh or frozen coconut meat (optional)
1 cup water
tiny pinch of sea salt
1 tsp powdered chaga or reishi or other mushroom blend (optional)

If your smoothie is too thick – add a 'lil more filtered water.
