Ingredients
1/2 cup cilantro or 1/2 cup of mint (mint option will taste sweeter)
1/2 cup kale
1/2 cup fresh anise (fennel)
1.5 cups liquorice tea (cold) or water
*Note – liquorice can be contraindicated for individuals with heart conditions
1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 avocado
1 tsp coconut oil
1-2 inch chunk of ginger (depends how much kick you want)
1 cup of pineapple
1/2 a lemon, peeled, no seeds
If your smoothie is too thick – add a li'l more filtered water or liquid component.
