Ingredients
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup almond or rice milk
1 scoop of hemp protein (or your fave protein powder)
1 banana
1/2 an apple
generous handful of sunflower sprouts
1 tsp tahini

If your smoothie is too thick – add a li'l more filtered water or liquid component.
Yasmin Fudakowska-Gow has been teaching yoga for 15 years and operates regular workshops, classes and teacher trainings from her Yasmin Yoga Loft in Old Montreal. Yasmin was first introduced to Ashtanga Yoga at age 13 and has a deep love for yoga. Her goal is to make it accessible to all levels of students.
