Ingredients
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup filtered water
1/2 an apple, cored and chopped
1/2 frozen banana, fresh works fine too
1 Tbsp almond butter
2-4 large handfuls red leaf lettuce and/or spinach
1 inch chunk cucumber
6-10 mint leaves
1/2 tsp vanilla powder or extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
If your smoothie is too thick – add a li'l more filtered water or liquid component.
