Ingredients
1 fresh or frozen banana
2 Tbsp raw cacao
up to 1 Tbsp maca
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1-2 brazil nuts
1 tsp vanilla
1 handful of baby spinach
1 cup of almond milk or vanilla almond milk
1 date (optional, for added sweetness)

If your smoothie is too thick – add a li'l more filtered water or liquid component.
