Ingredients
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 a pear
2 kale leaves
handful spinach
1-2 inch slice of cucumber
1 stalk of celery
1/4-1/2 inch slice of ginger (depending on how spicy you like it)
1/2 tsp of turmeric
a couple sprigs of basil
Protein powder (optional)
coconut water to desired consistency (OR filtered water)
Add all ingredients and blend until smooth. If your smoothie is too thick – add a li'l more filtered water.
