Ingredients
1/4 cup of cubed cucumber
1/2 cup pineapple
1 inch cube of fresh ginger
1-2 tsp maple syrup
5 medium sized mint leaves
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
1 cup water
Blend until smooth. Try adding more liquid if your smoothie is too thick.
