Today's Live Out Loud Every Day Smoothie comes to us from Amélie Despars, life enthusiast, athlete and community manager at Lolë.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of almond milk
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup of greek natural yogurt (optional)
1/3 cup of oatmeal
2 dates, pitted
2 tsps of maca
1 Tbsp of almond butter
2 cups of spinach
1 frozen banana

2 cups of spinach
(Add some ice or other frozen fruit for a little more sweetness and crispness if needed!)
Add all ingredients and blend until smooth. If your smoothie is too thick – add a lil' more filtered water.
