Ingredients
1 green apple, cored, skin on
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
2-3 mint leaves
2 tsp lime juice
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
1 Tbsp flax oil
1 scoop of your fave plain protein powder, natural/unflavoured or vanilla taste best here
1 cup of filtered water or coconut water (or more for desired consistency)
Blend until smooth, locate nearest hammock and devour.
