Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup of cherries, no pits (about 12-15 cherries)
- 2 Tbsp hemp hearts
- 6 coconut water ice cubes (or 3/4 cup coconut water)
- filtered water or coconut water as needed if your blender gets stuck
- a tiny squeeze of lime
Blend until silky smooth and savour every healthy sip.
