Ingredients

1/4 cup raw cashews, soaked
1/4 cup raw walnuts, soaked
1 1/2 cups almond milk
2 medjool dates, soaked
1 tsp chamomile flowers (from tea works!)
2 tsp liquid honey, unpasteurized
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract OR
1/8 tsp raw ground vanilla
Blend until creamy smooth. Eat (organic), drink (smoothies) and be merry!
