The perfect addition to your weekend gathering is our delicious, homemade Bellini. We’ve kept it simple with organic sparkling goodness from our friends at Summerhill Pyramid Winery, fresh peaches and a kick of flavour from the DAVIDsTEA Peach Bloom.
Peaches are chock-full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fibre. They also do wonders for your eye health, skin and weight. Just in case you needed an excuse to indulge, now you've got three!
Ingredients
1. Follow the brewing instructions for the Peach Bloom, using only 3 cups of boiling water instead of 4. Chill your tea in the fridge or freezer.
2. Make the peach purée by tossing fresh ripe peach slices into a blender or food processor.
3. In a glass pitcher (ditch the plastic and the chemicals that come with it!) mix the tea with the peach purée and add the sparkling wine.
This elixir is best enjoyed with a yummy, healthy mid-morning meal. Whip up a feast with our Protein Pancakes and Honey Lime and Mint Quinoa Fruit Salad!
