Kelowna-based yoga instructor, Steph Wall takes us through this version of the sun salutation that has a few more challenging moves. In the yoga world, this sequence is called Surya Namaskara B and Steph shows us three variations from beginner to intermediate and advanced.
This more challenging flow is still a great way to get the blood flowing and the day started on the right foot. Roll out your mat and get ready for a good morning stretch.
