Our recipe calls for a sweet almond oil base (the masseuse’s choice oil) blended with some extra-moisturizing Argan oil. To give it a scent that will battle stress, we added frankincense, lavender and vanilla.
Frankincense is a fantastic scent for decreasing anxiety and stress and for promoting inner peace and a good night’s rest.
Lavender is a favourite in the aromatherapy world for a myriad of things but in this mix, it helps to provide minor pain relief and relax stiff muscles.
