Plus, they wash down real nice all mixed up in a rockin’ raspberry fruit cocktail.
Ingredients – Go organic! Especially with the oily stuff.
1 cup of frozen or fresh raspberries
½ cup frozen or fresh strawberries
1 Tbsp fresh ground flax seeds
1 Tbsp cold-pressed flaxseed oil or Udo’s omega blend
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
1 cup orange juice
filtered water as needed
