On a longer hike, run or ski, sometimes you need a lil’ more energy to reach your destination. While pre-packaged bars are convenient, we've got a high-adventure snack you can easily make to take on your trek.
These nut and seed bars pack up well and are full of energy to give you the power to persevere. Nutritionally rich, they make a fantastic fuel source for the middle of your long run or bike ride when you need a lil’ something-something. Dates are high in simple sugars (glucose and sucrose) and will power you up when eaten during prolonged intense activity. When eaten after, they can help you recover quickly.
Power up high-adventurers!
