Move over Clementine, we have something much tastier to sing about. Always keen to experiment in blenderville, I've found that spring herbs are a great way to brighten up any kind of drink.
Right now, lemon thyme is growing like a weed in my west-coast garden and the citrus-y aroma is simply begging to be paired with some delicious fruity notes.
Known for its organ cleansing and detoxifying powers, lemon thyme also relives PMS, muscle spasm and cramping, and is often used to treat sprains, rheumatism and other injuries. A must-have in the garden, kitchen cupboard – and blender!

Organic? Yes please!
ps. Greens of any kind really bring this mix to life.
Blend it. Drink it. Then sing it from the rooftops!
