We like to jazz up our cocktails, so his week we’ve paired organic juicy raspberries with fresh basil.

The perfect melodious sipper on a hot summer day.
Ingredients
Organic is sound.
2/3 cup of DAVIDsTEA Organic Razzmatazz Tea
1/3 cup of sparkling water
1 oz of vodka
1/3 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
Few large fresh basil leaves
Cucumber slices
Method
1. Brew the tea and leave it to cool.
2. Muddle the raspberries with the basil.
3. In a cocktail glass, add the cold tea, sparkling water and vodka.
4. Add your raspberry and basil mixture, and garnish with cucumber slices.
5. Sip and sing the praises of the weekend ahead.
