Ingredients
Be 3 times as cool with organic!
1 cup chopped pineapple
half a green apple, skin on
1 inch section of a fresh fennel bulb (sometimes called anise)
3 fresh mint leaves
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
A dollop of plain yogurt or coconut yogurt
Blend on high until smooth. Drink up, come alive and breeze through your day.
