Try this modern twist on a traditional yogurt drink from India that your local Indian restaurant won’t have on the menu.
Instead of classicly-used mango, sub in pineapple to turn a plain lassi sweet. If you’re dairy-averse then keep your eyes peeled at the grocery store for some unflavoured/plain coconut, almond or soy-based yogurt.
Adding some easily blendable spinach won’t alter the flavour of this protein-rich bevy, but will add some beneficial chlorophyll, vitamins and fibre.
Ginger and pineapple together help your belly break down all those fats and proteins allowing for ease indigestion and maximum nutrient uptake.
Don’t leave out the pinch of salt! It really brings it all together.
